Mackerel rillettes with white wine

Mackerel fillet 60% (caught in the North-East Atlantic) (fish), liquid cream (including stabilizer: carrageenan), shallot, alcohol vinegar, white wine 3% (Muscadet des Frères Drouet) (sulphites), apple starch of earth, milk protein, Guérande salt IGP 1%, laurel, thyme, black pepper, gelling agent: agar-agar. May contain traces of crustacean, mollusc, celery, gluten, egg.
