It was in 1921, in Franche-Comté, that Henri Milleret created the cheese dairy of the same name. He moved into the small chapel of Leffond, located at the exit of the village of Charcenne, in Haute-Saône (70). At the time, only a few dozen liters of milk were made into cheese! Since then, his children, then grandchildren, have ensured the development of the cheese factory, which is still 100% family-run.
