This iconic creamy Alpine cheese is produced on an area that covers much of the Haute-Savoie and Val d'Arly Savoie. It is made exclusively from raw milk and whole local cows by farmers and cheese producers.The history of Reblochon starts ago over five centuries. Farmers in the Aravis then had a levy on milk to local lords. Waiting for auditors parties, they then conducting a second milking, richer in cream. Thus was born the rich and creamy "Reblochon", a term inspired by the Savoyard dialect, "reblocher", meaning milk again. Packing: Whole. Net weight: 450 g
