Fascinated by the work of the slate makers and the inimitable blue slate of Angers, the Angevin master chocolatier has created a confectionery that pays tribute to him: the finest nougatine, a clever combination of almonds and hazelnuts, caramelized and then covered with a layer of blue chocolate.

The Quernon d'Ardoise is composed of nougatine with almonds and hazelnuts caramelized, coated with blue chocolate imitating in its shape and color the slates that cover the houses of the city of Angers.
