Small family business on the island of Noirmoutier where the "cagniotes", these small donkeys of the island are the emblem of the factory, in memory of the family history of the little children of the founder and pastry cook creator of these lovely biscuits.

The "molettes" are small cakes on the magnificent island of Noirmoutier in Vendée. One of the blackmoutrines specialties par excellence, a pure butter fondant feast.
